The ongoing distress in your life isn’t attributable to the feelings in you that you are engaged in resisting, it is attributable to your being engaged in resisting those feelings. Release all that exhaustive, draining pushing. simply be effortless in noticing, allowing and feeling the flow of your energies, These will dissipate and digest with no more conscious effort than you would put into digesting a meal.
