In pursuing a relationship, as in other pursuits, the more forcing and desperation you infuse into the endeavor, the further back you move the goalposts. On an essential and spiritual level, things happen through envisioning, projection, and faith and trust in yourself and the universe. Trying to force things tends to backfire in the long run. Have the presence of mind to allow your vision to manifest.
