I’ve just experienced a shift. The worrying and anxiety isn’t there anymore! Now I’m feeling anticipation of something good, looking forward to the adventure, bring it on! Thanks Dex! I don’t know how, but it’s like you always know what’s in me, and what to say to change everything. I’m so glad I’m having these sessions with you!
