As we continue our journey of Honoring Your Spiritual Compass, this week we’ll be discussing an actionable exercise to restore relationships called Mutual Presence:
Actionable Tip: A relationship can be considerably renewed by doing this deceptively simple exercise.
- Comfortably sit across from your partner, about 3 feet apart.
- Be absolutely effortless. Maintain your presence to encompass your partner’s presence as well. Remain effortless in the mutual space surrounding you both. Allow yourself to be permeated by your partner’s presence, and yours as well. Feel their presence mingling with yours.
- Continue through to the point where both of you fully feel your mutual presence, effortlessly, easily, and comfortably. Maintain for as long as you like.
This can and should be done often.
