Wow, just now, in following along with what you told me, I saw that my resistance was holding my fear and pain in place, that was a weird feeling! Now I’m not worried about that anymore. This attitude that I’ve been holding onto and expressing holds all of that in place! I don’t have to maintain a paranoia. You’ve given me a really good change!
