Wow, I just processed two identities that had been within me, both are gone now, that was it, all of it, gone, I feel a lot lighter! I felt like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders. Now, when I have conversations with people, nothing is playing inside my head, there used to be 1000 things going on, now I’m just present. Thank you Dex!
