The essence of what might be described as a persona, identity, or taken-on personality

What might be described as a persona, identity, or taken-on personality is at its core a defensive posture, taken on out of a fear a being has that they won’t be accepted as is. We all have this in various circumstances and in the presence of the emanations of others. And this is the essence of what we address, untangle, and defuse in session work.

Love, Dex
