Have you ever heard someone say “I love being me!“? I have, and I think it may have been the greatest thing I ever heard someone say. Right now, find a place in you where you can say “I love being me!“ That’s beautiful, that is as it should be, find that core of your soul that expresses you this way, and stay connected, or practice reconnecting mindfully, and reclaim and maintain your true presence!
