A Good Question, A Simple Answer

Today the following question was posed to me:

“What are the conditions required to progress in a spiritual manner with your methodology?

My answer: The conditions are that you have the interest and drive for your own spiritual goals, and be willing to experience what your spiritual compass delivers, without resistance.

Very simple.
